Dear FutureMe,
2020 just barely passed.
Last year I wrap it with a mini project, making a web application about movie reviews in such a short amount of time (1 week), with lots of procrastination because of lack of time management that eventually leads to nights of sleep deprivations. The Team that consists of Back-End, Front-End, and Mobile Developers choose me to be the Front-End Stack lead. It's such a journey worth celebrating.
Speaking of the habit, usually, at the end of the year, we did family gatherings at Grandpa's big family house, chilling, eating bbq of fish, chicken, or beef while drinking with lots of families-old and young. But we did it this year staying at home with our lovely core fams. Even the end-of-the-year church service we attend online. Last 3 years, every end of December is spent in a new place. 2018: Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE. 2019: Semarang and Jogja. And finally, 2020: at our very Home.
To sum it up, this year:
No job -> Get a job -> Jobless again because of COVID -> Self-learning Programming -> Found Programming Bootcamp (current).
I lost and beaten, but eventually, I got up again.
How are you there? Are you already becoming a software engineer?
Is that job hard? Lots of headaches because of technical things?
Or suck, because of lots of office politics?
Remember, that job is what you've been fighting for. At least that's what I'm doing right now. I only pray for you to always have the capacity to handle every blessings or adversity that the future will give to you.
The journey is long but keeps rolling!
Cheers with good coffee for the years that make us grow.
Don't forget to manage your money!!!!
Sincerely and with love,
yourself
